Vibrocil ActilongProtect contains the active substance xylometazoline hydrochloride, which narrows blood vessels and reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa.
Vibrocil ActilongProtect also contains the active substance dexpanthenol, a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes wound healing and protects the nasal mucosa.
Vibrocil ActilongProtect is used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
To reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis and as supportive treatment in the healing of wounds in the mucous membranes and skin, for the relief of rhinorrhea (vasomotor rhinitis), and for the treatment of nasal obstruction after nasal surgery.
To reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis associated with acute inflammation of the sinuses (rhinosinusitis).
