Grape seed oil, made with plant-based ingredients, is extracted from the pressed seeds of Vitis vinifera, a byproduct of the winemaking process. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, unsaponifiables, and phospholipids. Its main benefits include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties.
