REUMON Gel contains 50 mg of Etofenamate per gram of gel and belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for topical use (group 9.1.10 – Musculoskeletal system. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for topical use).
Due to its high lipophilicity, REUMON Gel penetrates the skin relatively easily. Hence its advantages in the topical treatment of inflammatory conditions of traumatic or rheumatic origin. It is indicated in painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system, provided that the symptomatology is localized, such as:
- Arthropathies (periarthritis, arthritis, arthrosis, polyarthritis, spondylosis, osteoarthritis);
- Myalgias;
- Bursitis;
- Tenosynovitis;
- Fibrositis;
- Neuralgia (cervical syndrome, lumbago, sciatica);
- Bruises, sprains, strains (associated, for example, with sports injuries).
