What is this?
It's a waterproof dressing for extensive surgical wounds made of thin, transparent antibacterial gauze (chlorhexidine). Swimming pools, the sea, or showers are no longer a problem.
In the case of operations – even those with sutures – or large wounds, a dressing that combines practicality, hygiene, and resistance is useful. Aquabloc protects the wound against the risk of infection thanks to the broad-spectrum action of chlorhexidine. But above all, it creates a long-term water barrier.
It's so resistant and breathable that you can keep it on for several days, and being transparent, it's hardly noticeable. Furthermore, it adapts easily to all parts of the body, even the most difficult ones.
