Berberis Aristata helps maintain normal cholesterol levels, promotes the control of plasma triglycerides and helps regulate the functionality of the cardiovascular system. Milk thistle is useful for liver function, the body's purifying function and as an antioxidant. Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
