It incorporates 30 pre-programmed applications (TENS/EMS/Massage) and 20 free and programmable programs (frequency, pulse width, time, and off-time). The training time is adjustable and it has a safety shut-off function. You also have a "doctor function" with which personal programs can be prepared. Carrying case and 3xAAA batteries included.
