Lemon Essential Oil, Citrus Limon, belongs to the Rutaceae family and originates from Italy and Spain. Its chemotype is D-limonene and it is extracted by pressing the lemon peel, which is why it can be called an essence, rather than an essential oil. Indications: Air purifier. Detoxifying and digestive tonic. Motion sickness and nausea during pregnancy. Asthenia. Fluid retention, cellulite, acne and seborrhea. Oral use: 2 drops, 3 times a day in a neutral carrier (150 mg).
