Lavender Essential Oil has been used in ancient Egypt, where it was part of the mummification process. Widely known for its relaxing and calming properties, it has also shown effectiveness in accelerating the healing process of burns, cuts, stings, and other wounds. Furthermore, its antioxidant properties are noteworthy, as is its action on sleep disturbances, anxiety, or depression. Indications: Nervousness, stress, and insomnia. Headache due to nervous component. Muscle relaxant. Skin allergy and rash. Oral use: 2 drops, 3 times a day in a neutral carrier (150 mg). For insomnia and anxiety, use in inhalation: direct inhalation, applying 2 drops of pure EO to the inner side of the wrists 30 minutes before bedtime. Aroma Diffusion: Add 5 to 10 drops of essential oil to the aroma diffuser.
Combinable with Petitgrain Essential Oil
For insect bites, eczema, wounds, first-degree ulcers, and burns, use topically: dilute 10 drops of essential oil in a base of 10 ml of calendula oleate. Apply 2 to 3 times a day to the affected area.
Aromatic Bath: Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil into the shower gel and add to the water to mix.
