Canesten Unidia cutaneous spray solution contains the active substance bifonazole, belonging to a group of substances known as "antifungals".
Bifonazole has a broad spectrum of activity, allowing it to effectively eliminate a large number of fungi responsible for various skin diseases (dermatophytoses) located on the hands and feet. It is also effective in other fungal skin disorders, namely pityriasis versicolor.
Canesten Unidia cutaneous spray solution is used in the local treatment of various fungal infections, namely:
- Hand and foot mycoses (known as "athlete's foot");
- Pityriasis versicolor (mycosis characterized by whitish spots on the chest and abdomen).
